What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe for secure payments, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancellation, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle with no additional charges. You can continue using all features until then.
How does the translation feature work?
When viewing an Idea, you can use AI to translate it into your preferred language with one click. Translations can be saved and will be shown automatically next time. Different tiers have access to different translation models.
What are company reports for?
Enter a Ticker and AI will generate a structured investment research report. Premium users can choose industry-specific templates (e.g., oil & gas, mining, P&C insurance) for more precise analysis.
What can site-wide search do?
Plus and above users can search all Ideas by keywords. Pro and above users can also ask questions in natural language, such as "Find Ideas about Japanese semiconductors".
How do credits work?
Paid users receive monthly credits. AI features (reports, translation, smart search) deduct credits based on actual usage. Different models cost different amounts. Free users can use AI features but need credits, which can be earned by inviting friends.
What happens when credits run out?
When credits are depleted, AI features will be paused, but browsing and basic search remain available. New credits are issued when your subscription renews next month. Credit packs will be available for purchase in the future.
How to test payments?
